Shipping

(1) Shipping is only possible within South Africa. The service is provided in Muizenberg.

(2) The delivery time is approx. 1-3 working days.

(3) Unless otherwise agreed upon, the goods will be delivered from our warehouse to the address provided by you; shipping charges apply. Costs arising from providing an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged to you.

(4) The goods remain our property until payment in full is received.

Returns

(1) If delivered items show obvious damage due to transportation, please make a complaint to the deliverer immediately and get in touch with us promptly. This helps us to file our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
